Manson - Looking for something fun, educational AND creative for your kids this summer? This might be just what you're looking for!
Manson artist and art teacher Phil Thomas is once again offering children's summer art workshops. Classes will be held in June and July, and the class schedule includes options for preschoolers through 12 year olds. Families can choose from one-day artist workshops, 4-day art camps, or 2-day speciality classes like Cosmic Cartooning or Color Pizzazz. Parents can even get involved in the 2-day workshop Impressionism at The Lake, where students of all ages will meet at local parks to create landscapes in oil pastel. We encourage you to register early as class size is limited. Artist and teacher Phil Thomas has a masters degree in art education and has taught art to all ages for 17 years.
