County
Planning Meeting – July 18th 7 PM
Chelan County is doing their update of the County Comprehensive
Plan. The Commissioners and Staff are
holding several workshops including on Tuesday night at 7 pm at the Chelan Fire
District office on Wapato Street. This
is important for people living around the City of Chelan. The Comprehensive plan sets the direction for
development in the County. Help direct
the future.

BAH – Thursday, July 20th
The Lake Chelan Chamber
of Commerce and Pacific Northwest Law Group are sponsoring a Business After
Hours on Thursday, July 20th from 5:30 -7pm at Pacific Northwest Law
Group offices, 414 E. Woodin Avenue, (across from Morgen Owen Elementary
School).
Bob Sailer, Shannon Feeney, and Sandy Piro invite Chamber Members to
an All-American B-B-Q and “Patriotic Hat Contest”. Awards will be given for the
MOST PATRIOTIC, MOST HUMOROUS, and MOST ORIGINAL hats, plus a surprise Grand
Door Prize will be awarded! Come join us for food, laughs, music and networking
in beautiful Uptown Chelan. Please

Riverwalk
Concert – Friday, July 21st – Alice Stuart
The Chamber presents Alice Stuart, an awarded winning Blues

PRCA
Rodeo
The Lake Chelan Rodeo is Friday and Saturday. This is a great rodeo with Bronc Riding Steer
Wrestling, Team roping, Bull Riding and all the other events. Plus there’s a chicken race and other
entertainment. The Rodeo starts at 8
pm. The Chamber has tickets. For more information contact the Chamber at

Executive
Director Recruiting
The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center is looking for
an Executive Director. This position directs the overall operation of the Lake
Chelan Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center.
The selected candidate will represent the Lake Chelan community through
active participation in local, regional and national organizations. The Executive Director works closely with the
City of Chelan, Lake Chelan Tourism Promotion Group, Historic Downtown Chelan
Association, Manson Business Association and the Chelan and Douglas County
Chamber Alliance. Application packets
