Chelan, Washington – The 2006 Valley Pride Auction is scheduled for Saturday, August 26^th, 6:30 PM at the beautiful Wapato Point Cellars Winery.  This year’s auction “An Enchanted Evening” promises to be filled with fun and excitement.  Proceeds from the auction support the Lake Chelan Chamber Community Enrichment Fund a 501 C (3) qualified organization.  The Community Enrichment Fund provides scholarships for students from Chelan and Manson High Schools, is used to maintain the community murals, fund new murals and provide funds to support other civic projects in the Lake Chelan Valley.

A limited number of tickets are available for this gala event and will be going fast!  Tickets are $40 of which $15 is a tax-deductible donation to the Community Enrichment Fund.  Each ticket includes: A commemorative glass with wine script, heavy hors d’oeuvre buffet, live & silent auction, live music and “no host” local wines will be available.  Tickets can be purchased at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce office, 102 East Johnson Ave., Chelan.

The Valley Pride Auction has been held annually since 1987 and is a great way to meet new friends in the Lake Chelan Valley.  Some of the auction items include an Extreme Room Makeover from Columbia Furniture, a two-nights stay, dinner for 2 and Swedish massages from Campbell’s Resort, a Leavenworth Escape and a Retreat to Holden Village, plus lots more.
