Chelan, Washington – The Holiday Lighting Tour has been postponed due to weather conditions and power loss. The Lake Chelan Holiday Lighting Contest has been moved to Tuesday, December 19th. Nominations will continue to be accepted until noon on Tuesday. Join in on a friendly holiday lighting competition. Nominate yourself, Nominate a friend, or Nominate your neighbor.

The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Chelan, Historic Downtown Chelan Association, and Manson Business Association are hosting the 9th annual Holiday Lighting Contest. Any home or business in the Lake Chelan area is eligible to participate.  The 1st place home will be awarded $100 cash presented by Rotary Club of Chelan, 2nd place home will be awarded a $75.00 Chamber Certificate, and 3rd place home will be awarded a $50.00 Chamber Certificate. People’s Choice Awards for the best Merchant Displays will be presented by Historic Downtown Chelan Association and Manson Business Association. Nomination / People Choice forms can be picked up at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce, online at www.lakechelan.com.

Forms will need to be turned in at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce by noon Tuesday, December 19th. Be sure you have your lights on between 5:30 and 8 pm, Duane Coggins with Kokopelli’s will tour the judges the night of Thursday, December 19th.
