Chelan, Washington (LCCC) –Get
the answers to your questions at the Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 10th
beginning at 6pm. The forum will be held at the Performing Arts Center at
Chelan High School.
School board candidates will introduce themselves and
answer questions from 6:00-6:30pm. Eric Gocke and Lynda Foster are competing
for School Board Member #2. Thomas Clark and Jim Colbert are running for School
Board Member #4, and Leah Thompson is running unopposed for School Board Member
#5.
From 6:30-7:15pm, city council candidates will answer
questions and introduce themselves. Dave Weldy is running unopposed for Chelan
City Council Member #1. Mike Cooney is
competing with Bob Eier for Chelan City Council Member #3. For Chelan City
Council Member #4, Tanya Greenfield is running against George Lingard. Stan
Morse and Peter Rodionoff are competing for Chelan City Council Member #5.
Mayoral candidates Bob Goedde and Scott McKellar will
provide an explanation of their platforms and answer questions from 7:20-7:45pm.
