Due to the nature of the incident, responding personnel Corporal Chris Foreman and Deputies Mike Langford and Carlos Rodriguez set up a perimeter around the house and called out the Chelan County Regional SWAT Team. Also assisting was Deputy Carl Mohns who interviewed the reporting parties by phone.  The SWAT team arrived on scene along with Sheriff’s Office Crisis Negotiators Deputies Doug Corulli and Scott Lawrence.  Negotiators attempted phone contact with the suspect, but were not successful.  Once the SWAT team was in position the negotiators used a PA system to speak to the suspect.  After calling the suspect by name several times, he came out the front door and was arrested without incident.

The suspect was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center on charges of Assault 2nd, Threats to Kill-harassment, and Malicious Mischief 3rd degree Domestic Violence.
