Chelan,WA(CCSD) - Chelan County Sheriff Mike Harum reports on Saturday
December 15,
2007
the suspect in the Burglary and assault, Ian Harley Davidson Perry, of Chelan was arrested in Chelan by deputies
without incident. Deputies had been contacting people in the Chelan area that
were familiar with Perry. One of which called Rivercom dispatch to
report Perry was at his house and was now running away.
Deputies surrounded the
area and tracked Perry's footprints in the snow. He was found in a back yard of
a residence on West Gibson, Chelan. Perry was sought in connection with a
burglary and pursuit where shots had been fired at deputies the previous
morning. No weapons were found on Perry.
Perry was
booked into the Chelan
County
Regional
Justice
Center for 3
counts of Assault 1st degree and Burglary 1st degree. He also had an
outstanding felony warrant.
