Third Suspect in Burglary/Assault Case Apprehended |

Chelan County Sheriff(CCSD) - Chelan
County Sheriff Mike Harum reports on Thursday, January
24th, the third suspect in a burglary case has been apprehended in
California.
The burglary case occurred in Chelan on December 14th, 2007,
resulting in a police pursuit and subsequent shots fired.
With the assistance of
the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Squad, Travis R. Brown, 36, of
Chelan, was located at a homeless shelter in downtown Sacramento. He was
arrested without incident.
Brown is being held on
a Sacramento County Probation Violation warrant. He is also being held on the
Chelan County Superior Court felony warrant charging three counts of Complicity
to Assault 1st (resulting from the shots fired at Chelan County
Sheriff’s Deputies on December 14, 2007), and one count of Burglary
1st (resulting from the armed residential burglary in Chelan on the
same date).
