New commission meeting dates/time to be advertised
Due to conflicting schedules, the commissioners will consider a resolution to hold future port commission meetings on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 8:30 am in the Port offices. The newschedule, if approved, will begin March 5th.

Comprehensive Plan Additions
The port is finalizing a draft of a major port comprehensive plan update. Several items were added including the port’s commitment for the Orondo street moorage and Chelan marina enhancement projects,as well as an improved connection for bicyclists and pedestrians from the Olds Station Business Park campus to the Riverfront Loop Trail via Confluence Park.

Pangborn
Ron Russ, Pangborn’s operations supervisor, informed the board that the repair of the instrument landing system has been completed by the FAA, and the ILS is back in service. He also advised the commissionthat when larger commercial aircraft such as Horizon’s Q400 begin service to Pangborn, a new andupgraded security plan will be required by the FAA. He is working with Airport Manager Pat Moore toexpedite completion of that plan.

LOTS Funding Availability
The Chelan County website indicates that the county will accept proposals during the month of February for projects that would make use of up to $300,000 in LOTS funds. The commissioners and staffreviewed some ideas for a few potential Port projects. The commission identified infrastructure funding for utilities upgrades to the Cashmere Mill Site as the project that the port will submit to the county forconsideration.

Storm Water Utility Update
Pete Fraley and Karen Kornher represented the port in a meeting with Chelan County Public Works and their legal counsel last week and offered an update from those discussions. The port district has beenserving as the lead agency for the Olds Station storm water system operation and maintenance since it has developed approximately 9 years ago. The county is considering taking this responsibility sincemuch of the run-off into the system originates from county property. Significant progress is being made to transfer ownership from the port to the county.
