Commerce hosts occupational health experts at May luncheon
Chelan, WA (LCCC) - Find out
how the Eastern Washington Center of Occupational Health & Education (COHE)
is improving health delivery for small businesses. The Lake Chelan Chamber of
Commerce will welcome back COHE representatives at its monthly luncheon on May
12. COHE representatives presented at the Chamber’s luncheon in February of
2008: “Our members wanted to find out how the COHE model worked in businesses
consisting of one to five employees. We’re delighted to welcome back these
representatives,” said Chamber Director Mike Steele.
Dr.
Daniel Hansen and Pamela Cromer from COHE will be joined by Ron Langley, Small
Business Liaison to L&I for a discussion of industrial insurance and
disability management initiatives available to employers in north central
Washington. Chamber luncheons are held the second Monday of every month at
Campbell’s Resort from 12-1pm. Buffet-style lunch available for $9/person.
